Welcome to our world of glowing beauty and self-care! I am Shakiya Bailey, the passionate founder and owner of YOUGLOW Essentials. YE was born out of a deep need for intentional self-care-especially for those of us who are always pouring into others, often forgetting to pour into ourselves. As a Black woman and everyday nurturer, I found that true beauty starts with how you care for yourself-not just on the outside, but from within.
What started as a personal journey to create clean, effective, and nourishing products for my own skin evolved into something much greater: a brand built to empower others to embrace their glow, unapologetically.
